Meet our expert staff
David - Founder
David has been involved with animals for most of his life. Beginning with summers at his Great Grandparent's farm in upstate New York, to his founding of The Lucky Dog Ranch, his first dog boarding and pet care facility, to Four Paws Pet Ranch, animals have always been a way of life. A true animal lover at heart, David grew up with dogs, cats, birds, and fish, among other critters. After 20 years in hi-tech David was looking for a way to get "back to nature", and made the decision to follow his passion and start a "Home away from home" for pets needing a place to stay while their owners are away.
His focus now is to provide excellent care for animals staying at both facilities in addition to overseeing Countryside Rescue a non-profit animal rescue and adoption center located on the Four Paws property.
Diane - General Manager
As GM Diane brings over 20 years of animal and management experience to Four Paws. Starting out helping with her family's breeding business and raising German Shepard's for show and community service dogs, a cat lover as well, she has a lifetime of experience with pets of all ages.
Ernesto - Manager
A familiar face for over 6 years. Ernesto is key in keeping the
kennel looking clean and tidy
when you first enter the property. When he is not busy with keeping our appearance up you will find
him busy with the dogs out in the yards and fields.
Nancy
Lending a hand when the kennel needs and running Countryside Rescue day to day, Nancy is our resident pet adoption coordinator and specializes in finding the perfect match between human and animal companion.
Jason
Our own pack leader (just ask any of the dogs), Jason is responsible for the daily welfare of our guests. As our resident trainer he is not only is responsible for temperament testing each dog for their social skills, but can help train out many bad pet habits as well.
Tori
Tori started out as a volunteer for our non-profit rescue Countryside Rescue. She was so loved by all the animals they insisted we hire her on as one of our ace handlers. Who are we to argue!
Rounding out our team are Eric and Chris, ready to take excellent care of your pets during their stay.
