Meet our expert staff 
David - Founder
David has been involved with animals for most of his life. Beginning with summers at his Great Grandparent's farm in upstate New York, to his founding of Four Paws Pet Ranch, animals have always been a way of life. A true animal lover at heart, David grew up with dogs, cats, birds, and fish, among other critters. After 20 years in hi-tech David was looking for a way to get "back to nature", and made the decision to follow his passion and start a “Home away from home” for pets needing a place to stay while their owners are away.
His focus now is to provide excellent care for animals staying at both Four Paws Pet Ranch facilities in addition to overseeing Countryside Rescue a non-profit animal rescue and adoption center.
Diane - General Manager
As GM Diane brings over 20 years of animal and management experience to Four Paws. Starting out helping with her family's breed and raise German Shepard's for showing and community service dogs she has a lifetime of experience with pets of all ages.
Ernesto - Manager
A familiar face for over 6 years. Ernesto is key in keeping the
kennel looking clean and tidy
when you first enter the property. When he is not busy with keeping our appearance up you will find
him busy with the dogs out in the runs and fields.
Nancy
Splitting her time between the kennel and Countryside Rescue Nancy is our resident pet adoption coordinator and specializes in finding the perfect match between human and animal companion.
Jason
Our own pack leader (just ask any of the dogs), Jason is responsible for the daily welfare of our guest. As our resident trainer he not only is responsible for testing each dog for their social skills, but can help train out many bad pet habits as well.
Camila
Rounding out our team Camila helps take care of all of guests, dog, cat, goat, emu, whatever the task Camila has it covered.
Rounding out our team are our newest members, ready to take excelleant care of your pets during their stay.
